I always love staying at Signature for the free valet and location on strip, but not in the dead center of it. This listing the room was clean and as described. I would say could use some renovations soon BUT it is still a nice room and a suite at that.

Good savings but the room needed TLC

The hotel was great. The room could use a little refreshing. Head board was torn, marks on the ceiling and unidentifiable substance on the painting on the wall. Not maintained like the regular rooms. However it was a good value considering the savings.

Private owned room (Orgoto) at The Signature AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS!! CHECK-IN with regular The Signature MGM staff. Everyone (valet, bellboy,front desk) were welcoming and friendly. ROOM- looked clean besides a few things (faded red stain on carpet by bedside and smudges on table top). PROBLEM- Early bedtime since we had a 3am wake up for Grand Canyon trip. Went to brush teeth and ROACH in the sink. It ran FAST to edges under sink cabinet. We had to go to bed, so i tried by best to sleep (hard to do worrying of them being all over and into our luggage!!!) We left room 3am (13+hr trip to GC) returned around 830pm. First thing we saw were 4 roaches in bathroom (toilet and sink area). Couldnt brush our teeth or even pee. Looked under the sink (in cabinet) full of roach droppings and couple more roaches- we took pic to show front) No way we would stay here any longer! FRONT DESK- unable to help as third party/private owned room. They apologized but claimed nothing they can do (not even look at the many other mgm locations for available rooms). They did try to call Orogoto, but were unable to reach anyone. Right away they stated they are almost impossible to communicate with (we couldnt even respond to hotel.com mgs, hotels com unable to reach either. Other staff disbelief nothing more was available for us. OWN SOLUTION- We paid for venetian, shook+carefully packed up our stuff, checked out that night!! 2+ hrs and extra $$$ later, in a clean room at another NOT MGM hotel.

The MGM signature is top tier everyone was so friendly with exceptional customer service, great amenities comfort, access to the MGM Grand and valet parking. Whenever I stay in Vegas this will be my go to spot. You won't regret it book it

Quick and simple check-in process. The suites on the PH floors have balconies, separate living room and full kitchen area, two full size bathrooms with showers, and a separate bedroom space. It feels like living in a small apartment or condo right above the strip. One of the best features of this property is that the Uber/Lyft/Rideshare drop off is right at your tower lobby, so no long hikes through a casino floor to get to local transportation. Excellent stay for the money AND it is on MGM property with a walking path straight to all of the pools, restaurants, and amenities at MGM. Lastly, since it is a Marriott Bonvoy property, you can give the check in host your Marriott Bonvoy number and earn points!

We loved our stay at Signature at MGM. We stayed in a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom with balcony suite. The complimentary valet was an added bonus. It was a quick indoor walk to MGM and the strip.

There were some key items that were missing from the room, but a dollar store run easily took care of it. A dish rack and kitchen towels would have been nice. We ended up running out of toilet paper as the 2 rolls were only partial rolls. House keeping brought some the next day but we had to buy extra before she arrived. The room was nice but there was visible wear and tear on most of the furniture. And the stove top area was still a but greasy from the previous stay. We had to clean up a bit first. These minor items are the reason I did not leave 5 stars. All in all the room was nice and comfortable and while we may have been able to find a cheaper room it would not have had a king bed which was necessary for our party. Having a kitchenette is was very helpful and we had room enough to store some groceries for the week. Saving lots of money and didn't have to ewt out every meal. We would consider staying again.
