Stunning room! The washer/drier didn’t work and couldn’t establish communication with who was responsible for fixing it, so ended up leaving behind wet, soiled clothes. Dish washer also didn’t work and the faucet for the tub only ran a tiny little stream and would have been impossible to run a bath. Even with these small miss-haps we still had a great stay and would come back again!

The room view is frankly worth the stay! No coffee and a lax view of having things stocked with that. The biggest issue is that the upgrade and redesign are quite nice, but literally EVERY outlet is in the wrong place (had to put coffee in the bathroom). Maybe provide some extension chords or something? The bed was comforable and the shower was huge.

Expedia didnt not avertise the suites properly. They will book 2 rooms. Make sure to call the resort to know what youre looking for before booking thru expedia. The suite we got was beat-up and didnt bot have spare pillows/blankets. The resort will up-charge anything you need, or not even help.

The property itself was nice, but the service was incredibly frustrating. No one at the hotel could assist with penthouse-related issues, and Expedia kept directing me back to the hotel instead of helping — creating a never-ending loop with no real support. On top of that, the room temperature was completely inconsistent; one day it was 60 degrees, the next it was 85. For the price you pay, the level of service is simply not acceptable. Both Expedia and the hotel failed to provide proper assistance, which made the stay not worth the money.”

There should be mop, broom, dustpan and brush for everyday cleaning that might need to be done. There is cutlery, pans and pots. There should also be cloths provided. I stay at Palms Place a handful of times a year for some months. Issues with TV and other minor stuff was dealt with promptly. Service was pretty good. I paid for a balcony room and I did not receive that. I’ll be back in Vegas in May for a few weeks. Rating 4 out of 5.
