It's a beautiful hotel, theres no doubting that. Facilities are incredible, loads of food options at range of prices, pool is great, and I'm a gym lover and that was better than most independent gyms in London. I'd predict that this is the future of Vegas, in 30 years every hotel will be like this one. At this point though, if you want to live and feel 'authentic' Vegas, I don't think this hotel is alike those at the centre of the strip and feels a bit disconnected in that regard. Of all the hotels we went into in Vegas, this is the classiest by a mile, but I'm not sure it would suit everyone, particularly older generation. Its made for Insta! If you're looking for a place in Vegas which is ultra modern then this is the place. If you aren't staying here I'd recommend to anyone visiting the hotel for the food and casino, seemed a lot better than everywhere else, even the likes of Bellagio which we thought seemed best of the rest. The downsides are the 'boom' from LIV beach. At the pool it was constant on Thursday to Sunday from 11am - 6pm, and there was also a private event at night on Tuesday and on the 61st floor the sound was noticeable in our room. Also, but from our experience this was just an America wide problem, the doors are poorly sound-proofed. As an architect I found it odd that such a new build would suffer this issue, but you could hear the ping of the lift and anyone talking in the corridor. It's a beautiful hotel though! Would recommend.

My goal is to explore the other parts of Las Vegas strip. But now all I want to do is stay here. The beauty and the customer service excels here. It is a luxury, and luxury is what I got. I love the dining experience. It was all good food. I wasn’t disappointed in any of the food spots I tried even their drinks. I’m a nurse but going here, made me wanna work here lol

Far from center strip. Expedia likes to pretend all fees are included in the stay, they are indeed not. Huge line up to check out. Everyone crowded like sardines to do so because we weren't granted an extension to stay as our flight isn't until 8pm. Huge lineup to hold bags. Just overall a clusterfuck for something that's supposedly "luxury" on an edc weekend, should have hired more staff to accommodate the influx of checkouts.

Disorganized. Over charged deposit. Rooms not clean for such a new property. Friendly staff other than pool manager who had zero interest in being helpful. 50/50 if would stay here again.
