"No coffe maker, no fridge"

"To me the room was average you can't use the refrigerator because they have it stocked full of their stuff that is censored and highly expensive. So even if you want to keep something yourself in the room, you couldn't and the temperature was lukewarm at best. The room was clean, but it's a very thin comforter, which left us cold some unless you want the room overly warm. Hotel hallways are freezing. It wasn't a big deal, but it's definitely noticeable The overall hotel is nice lots of casino games, etc. lots of restaurants Expect to pay eight dollars for a bottle of pop. My husband easily paid $34 for fast food in an drink.Everything is highly expensive and not needed to be. You're already there to gamble and yet everything else was extravagantly expensive to me. It was excessive. I do not have a whole lot of experience with staying on the strip so it may be well known to do that but I can go right down to the ABC store and get a bottle of water for $.99 but if I want it in my hotel , it's 6 to 7 dollars again extra extravagant because of this I will probably look somewhere else next time."

"when i paid my resort fee i expect full service ice machine was not working. took fo ever to get service at valet and taxi. Buffet was ok food could have been hotter water down orange juice. when i went to check out i told the person about my issues with having to pay my resort fee when i feel things should have work properly. I was told to go to each department and complain there.....not my job wont be giving and more of my cash to virgin "
