"There wasn’t really a breakfast menu except at certain restaurants that were like carry out or like Door dash. I was expecting room service with a cart, and a better selection. Our room did not have a refrigerator which I needed to store my insulin and we did not have a coffee maker. The walk to get to our elevator to get to our room was too long."

"If you lift anything up on the tray in the room it will charge you for it even if you put it right back so watch for that! They need more casual restaurants in here, property was packed and people stuffed into elevators room was clean though "

"Everything is wonderful here! But the buffet line is too long. It’s 2026, they are still using the super old lining up system. Why can’t they just get our phone number and text us when it’s our time to be seated. So that none of us needs to wait in line for almost 1-2 hours to get seated. It wastes everyone’s time for no reason. "
