"The facilities itself are quite nice. Good choices for eating. Perfect location on the strip. I also highly recommend the Tournament show. LOVED IT!! I found the staff very unhelpful and disinterested. Twice I had issues. The first was with check in and then two days into my stay, my key stopped working. Both times it was very difficult to get anyone to assist. They were dismissive and disinterested. It is enough of an issue for me to not ever stay here again. "

"This was my first experience in Vegas. When I arrived at the hotel to check in one of the staff members used an Ugly Tone of Voice towards me. She was very Rude. She seemed frustrated with the guests before me and as I approached she told me to wait before I come up to her but it was her tone of voice. Other than that I enjoyed the entire stay. The beds were very comfortable, the pillows as well. The rooms were nice and clean. "

"This location was very clean, the host was very prompt and friendly when we had a request. I like some of our friends who stayed in questionable areas, this home was in a nice neighborhood. We felt very safe and comfortable. The kitchen has the bare minimums so make sure to bring essentials like measuring utensils and pans for the oven. In all, we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return in the future. "

"The room was very clean. The staff were very nice and trustworthy. It is a low budget place to rest your head, but you can't go wrong when you factor in the price. They have a pretty cool setup outside if you want to relax and have a drink. My suite had a fridge and a microwave. I would definitely recommend for anyone that needs a place to rest their head and have nice hot a shower. "
