"When the front manager heard it was our anniversary, he found us a much better room than the one I had reserved (which I'm sure was great as well). The room was phenomenal. The view from it was brilliant. We woke to a beautiful Texas sunrise. The staff was very friendly and accommodating at every turn. We wanted for nothing. "

Elevator was not working but they were working on it. We enjoyed the simplicity..Location is unbeatable. Parking is only for a couple cars but there are many paid parking around. I definitely will stay in the Gardner hotel when I'm back El Paso. "

"Yes! The room did not have shampoo in the shower! And when I drove up no one helped me quickly I was in a hurry! I did tell them to park my car in the parking lot but they left it there and my license plate was stolen! Not happy!"
