Excelente!! place to stay, clean, friendly staff, helpful and they seem so happy helping customers. I didn’t see one customer complaining of anything on the days that I stayed there. So many things to do around the area, within walking distance. Im going back soon and I will stay there again no doubt.

Unique! A very old, but beautiful, historic hotel. The hotel shuttle to and from the airport is an excellent service that they provide! We didn’t need to rent a car; the border to Mexico was an easy (less than 15 minute) walk. We ate at the Sabor cafe in the hotel and both their buffet and menu options were delicious! You have to try the bread pudding. The only detail that I would like added is more light in the signature suite rooms that do not have windows. Or at least add higher voltage bulbs to the lamp fixtures. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again!

Breakfast at Sabon was excellent. Suite was clean with a comfy bed. Check in easy & welcoming. Valet excellent. 2 negatives - no vanity area and limited counter space for makeup and cosmetics and no bubbly at the beautiful Dome bar. Bartender didn't even know what I was talking about. A hotel this nice should have some champagne or a quality sparkler by the glass.

Honestly, I'm usually not a fan of hotels because they often don't feel very clean to me, but this one exceeded my expectations. The property was very clean, conveniently located, and having multiple restaurants on-site made everything so much easier. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. I also enjoyed the coffee shop and the late-night entertainment performances. My only complaint was the pool—it was quite small and much colder than expected, especially since it was advertised as a heated pool. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay here again.
