"If you stay more than one day-keep your in room coffee cup. Rinse it and keep it!!! went to front desk and they wouldn’t give a cup behind their counter. Said we could buy a paper cup for 3.50 each at the gift shop.. or bring the cup in our room. They don’t provide room service unless you call. I guess if you don’t keep your coffee cup from the day before, you can call housekeeping and maybe they will show up with a cup. And we only had one washcloth for two people for two nights."

"Staff members were so wholesome, kind, warm and welcoming to me and my two teens. Everything from the reservation was organized, well-prepared, I was so grateful! Upon check-in, they took the time to explain the layout of the grounds, amenities and connecting property to help us find dinner and comforts that night. Between both properties, everyone helped me feel safe and secure coming in late into the evening. Definitely will recommend to others! Thank you, thank you, thank you!"

"Our room was immaculately clean. Multiple venues for dining (restaurant, tavern, deck, poolside) plus quick to-go stuff at the General Store. Service was great every time we engaged with anyone. Friendly staff. Delicious food. Great common areas in the lodge. Super close to the park entrance."

"Property is on the side of a mountain which makes walking around a little challenging for an older adult. The younger adults and kids were having fun running around and hiking the property. The restaurant was good and the food was delicious. Rooms are nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable."

"The main office is at cedar lodge. Other than that, it is a nice quiet place with kitchen. It takes about 40mins to national park."
