"This is hands down the most wonderful hotel in Barcelona. The building and rooms are beautiful and clean, the breakfast is free and delicious, and Tai is the friendliest host ever! The location is even better than any central places. It is 5 min walk from Park Guell and the metro station which gets you to all other spots very quickly. The local neighbourhood has the most authentic feel to it - definitely my favourite of all in Barcelona. "

"Maybe this was more because of how the information was presented on Expedia, but when I reserved my room I did NOT realize that it included only a shared and not a private bathroom. Had I known, I may have paid more for a room that had a bathroom, if possible, or looked elsewhere. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the cleaning staff would come into the hallway very early in the morning and make noise. Just know what you're walking into before you book here. "This is a beautiful and unique b&b. It is in a 1930s grand building. The ceilings are about 16 feet high, and all the classic details have been preserved. Friendly hosts. Nice breakfast. Balconies in the room, and a big terrace overlooking the city where you can have breakfast in nice weather. In a great neighborhood, and you can walk to many attractions. "

Since returning home over 6 months ago I have raved to dozens of people about how amazing and incredible this hotel is and I have recommended every single one of them if they travel to Barcelona, they should stay here. Room very well kept. we had a little balcony which overlooked the square which was perfect. the rooftpop bar is great. check in very easy and staff helpful. metro is 2 mins away. a lot of attractions are in walking distance though so less need to use the metro.
