Beds: 6 singles, 3 double beds (1.35 m), 1 queen (1.50 m), and 1 king (2.00 m). Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls with a dedicated workspace, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and dryer.



The private outdoor area offers a pool, garden, open terrace, 2 covered terraces, a balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The villa is a 5-minute walk from the beach, 5 minutes from the golf course, and 15 minutes on foot from a shopping center.



Parking is available on the property, including one garage space and free street parking. Pets are allowed on request and for an extra fee. No parties or groups of young people are permitted. Vistahermosa is a family-friendly and quiet neighborhood with rules to respect: music is not allowed from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm and at night until 11:30 pm. Failure to comply may result in penalties.



The property offers parking for motorcycles and bicycles, as well as 24-hour security. Water is heated by solar energy. Please note that government regulations on water use may apply during your stay, which could affect the pool, garden irrigation, or tap water usage.
