"Good spot, nice location, breakfast is bread, carb city… interesting vibe. Very clean. Spoiler alert: Random employee came into my private room at 10:45pm while I was sleeping and acted confused while trying to check another guest into it. No knock, I was naked and scared awake."

Current repair work infront of hotel makes it rather unpleasant. Noise insulation is almost inexoatent. One can hear every noise of the adjacent room. Very friendly staff. Overall it was an OK but doesn’t deserve more than 3 stars considering the value for money (more than 270 euro per room)"

"Breakfast team was good, gentlemen on desk and egg station lady, so sweet. Front desk team was kind and attentive at check in. Housekeeping lady was so sweet. Good choice for hotel pre cruise location. Our family had 2 rooms and we had everything that we needed. "

"The AC didn’t seem to be working but the room cooled off at night so wasn’t a big deal. The room was small and there was no hot water for the shower one morning. The location was good though; right in the centre of the Gothic district, but the hotel was very quiet"

"Tinny room, poor facilities, however, because of the hotel is very small, front staff remember me and passed me my room key without asking my name. Location and s very good to take Metro, sightseeing bus and airport bus as well. There are many restaurants and supermarkets so that I don’t have any problems to eat and purchasing snacks and bottle of water. If I could pay more, there are many good hotels around my hotel."

They sent an email to show the charge on my credit card the day later. - need to ask for refill on Tea bags and coffee everyday. - did not get the bottle of water that had been ask twice on phone service and one time at the desk. Finally I got the water after I went down to front desk again to ask again. That is not a Five stars hotel we experienced."
