"It seems that a lot of hotels are going to the taller( high rise) beds. At 82 yrs of age, I am not a fan of a bed that I need a step stool to get into.
Handicap parking should be closer to entrance and enforced. No placard or license plate should be required to move."

"The room was nice and the guy checking us in was very courteous and helpful. However the temperature in the room was not able to be changed and was very cold all night with very light covers on the bed and no extra blankets to warm up."
