The hotel is beautifully restored art deco. The room was clean and well appointed. The check-in person was very nice and the process was smooth. One of the biggest issues we had is the lack of signs, there is very little signage outside except for the valet, when you walk inside there is no signage as to where registration is (it is upstairs on the other side of the escalator), no signs for the parking garage, no signs for the restrooms on the main level. The other thing that was odd was the furniture and bathroom layout. The bathroom has a sliding barn door on it and the two chairs and small table were set-up right outside the door, like someone could sit at the table and talk to you in the restroom. Beautiful hotel, but given the parking situation, we probably won’t stay here again.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our wedding night memorable. From drinks in the lobby bar, to champagne and strawberries in the room, to dinner at Stock and Bond, it was truly a perfect evening. The entire property is beautiful!

The restroom upon checking in was a journey, so that was quite annoying. The check in was great, the room beautiful, the gym well equipped (could be a bit better), the steak ordered from room service was the best steak I’ve have in a while, they know how to make a medium rare steak! Staff were wonderful at check-in. The room was beautiful, and the shower was huge and spacious. We loved the little features from the older building that were refurbished and left in as non-functional elements. Highly recommended!
