Francisco at the front desk went above and beyond to help me . I got a flat tire an hour away from the hotel. He called Frank , a taxi driver who took such good care of me . I do not speak Spanish and Frank stayed with me until Roadside assistance arrived and then drove me to Seville to get a new rental . This place is very special . If you ever get the chance to spend a few days , I highly recommend Hotel La Malvasía and take a tour of Donana National Park . "
