"Hotel itself is basic but fine. Staff are friendly but hotel is poorly run. We paid for a room with a city view and balcony. Got a room without either because the room we paid for was not available until the last day of our 4 day stay! Have requested refund of cost difference between the two rooms, but haven"t received anything yet. Breakfast was pretty bad and service was slow (nearly 30 min to get a cup of coffee the first day!). Good location if you want to go to Rodadero Beach. The hotel is...

"Absolutely love how comfortable the bed is. I slept like a baby! The room is high ceiling so it feels very spacious. A/C was super helpful to recover from a hot day outside. Family oriented. "

"Overall Hotel’s conditions are pretty good. Rooms and común spaces are very nice and clean too. Stairs at the enter of the property is a little uncomfortable to go up with baggage. Location is convenient, too many places to eat and shopping, close to the beach and local amenities. Staff is friendly and ready to assist you when you need it.
