"We picked Juan’s property for its central location, beach access and swimming pool and enjoyed all of these amenities. The house is perfect for large groups with so many en-suite bedrooms. There is quite a bit of deferred maintenance, but nothing that negatively impacted our use or enjoyment of the space. Juan is a very responsive and friendly host. We hope to return soon!"
