"Clean room, plenty of outlets, ac runs cold. Nice open outside common area/kitchen. Only recommendation would be to have more than 1 pillow on the bed when reservation is for 2 people. Had to use clothes for pillow. Overall highly recommend. "

"It had been a long time since my last visit to La Paz, and the last time I stayed at this property, it was operated by a different hotel chain. Unfortunately, on this occasion, the exterior appeared somewhat neglected. At the main entrance, there was a dead cockroach and a noticeable amount of dirt, which was not a good first impression. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. However, our reservation was for four guests, and the room only had two towels. We requested two additional towels, an iron, and an ironing board. None of these items arrived before we left for dinner. When we returned, the towels were finally being delivered, but the iron and ironing board never arrived. I requested them again the following morning, but they still were not provided. I mentioned the issue during checkout, but unfortunately, we only received an apology. On a positive note, the room itself was very clean, and the restaurant buffet looked delicious, although we already had other plans. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the exterior maintenance and response to basic guest requests need improvement."
