"We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The public are very spacious and well maintained. The room was massive with a king size bed and a sofa in a separate area, along with a big wardrobe and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was superb (the only piece of feedback would to add labels for people with food intolerances but other than that this was one of the best breakfasts I have had recently). Thank you for such a wonderful stay"

"The location of this hotel is excellent. It is right in the middle of the World Heritage area and therefore easy to walk to everything of interest. It is an old building which has its maintenance challenges and accommodation quirks (no external windows on some rooms as it’s built like a riad). Breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. The welcome wine was a nice touch."

"The bathroom need maintenance as the shower is difficult to manipulate. Also there should be more accessories to make the room.confotable such as paper tissues and ear cottons and adapters for charging , things we should not have to ask for. Otherwise the staff is very kind and the location ia perfect. Also it's a very nice hitel wnd lobby with stunning view."
