"The apartment was lovely - modern and clean. It was a nice touch to have a few toiletries llus some.oil and salt to aid cooking. Host Mireia was super helpful, great communication before the trip and she went above and beyond loaning us tools so we could break into our luggage after we lost our luggage keys!! (If you travel via train from Barcelona keep your bags on your front and your wits about you) Calafell was a lovely town, we were at the end of the season so it was relatively quiet, but that's what we were after with our trip. The apartment is located close to the sea front. It was a bonus to have the rooftop terrace with loungers and chairs to relax and the jacuzzi. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend. "

Not friendly very condescending attitude and did as little as possible. Guests in restaurant and dragging furniture rather than lifting like her colleague. Very disturbing to someone with hearing aids. "

"Very nice hotel. Great staff, lovely rooms amazing view. One thing I can tell is the towels are a little old maybe a change would be nice. In terms of amenities I think a lot with earbuds and cotton make up circles would be nice. Very good hotel and spa. "

"The property is amazing, larger than it appears in the pictures, but dated and would benefit from a deep maintenance. There was a massive leak during our stay which was worrisome and stressful. The staff was overall helpful.Be mindful with the invoicing: there were 3 occurrences of errors and incorrect charges. No issues on the deposit though. "
