"Description for the hotel is totally accurate. Rooms were nice and WiFi and A/C were great. However, it's a bit away from the action in Madrid if that's what you're looking for. About a 30-40 minute bus ride or 15-20 minute Taxi from the Suites. I do believe there are permanent residents here as well. The Suites are heavily gated and the area isn't particularly clean. Easy walk to the bus and metro stops. All and all the place itself was great. Staying in Villaverde district for tourists may not be the best option."

"Beautiful property with incredible views from the roof deck. And the staff, especially Lucia, was very helpful and patient, which was so appreciated, since we had car trouble and were frazzled when we arrived. Garage parking. But, be aware, everything is very tight. We had to pull in the mirrors to fit through some of the streets."

"Un hôtel qui prend de l’âge mais qui reste une bonne option pour plusieurs raisons. Propre et vaste chambre(demandez à être coté piscine). Personnel sympathique. La piscine est grande et propre. Stationnement gratuit. Prix raisonnable. Petit déjeuner avec choix, mais les œufs brouillés sont en gibelotte(pas terrible) et froid. L’hôtel est assez loin du centre mais juste à côté d’un Burger King et d’un Aldi(épicerie). Il y a aussi à côté une station d’essence au meilleur prix en ville! Un bus passe directement devant le stationnement de l’hôtel et vous emmène au centre en 20 minutes. Un taxi pour le centre coûte 10 €. Un Uber 7/8€. 40 minutes à pied."
