"A very good location, in the middle of everything you might want to see in Hamburg. Hotel is well designed, well decorated, feels vibrant and cool. The availability of children playroom, a very nice restaurant, a rooftop bar and a huge shopping mall nearby makes it very convenient to stay here and just enjoy the trip. "The front desk person wasn’t super friendly and we were supposed to get a bottle of wine with our stay which we didn’t, but other than that it’s a great place to stay . The room was comfortable, good breakfast, and the washer/ dryer were sending us messages when the cycle was done :) good experience overall"

The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had for gluten free and lactose free. Lovely and clean, would highly recommend and certainly stay again."

"Great location! Sweet and helpful staff. Only downside was that we were attending a wedding and the lighting in the room was not amenable for makeup 🙈 Also, for people with allergies, check for a room without carpeting. Otherwise a lovely stay!"
