"The cabin is cozy and clean. Bedrooms are in a loft with ladder access so if you are not up for that, especially when the bathroom is on the main level, it could be a challenge. It wasn't a big deal for me or my wife, just pointing it out. The property is at the base of the mountains and it is secluded. The property is "pet friendly" and we always stay in properties that are but the rules state that pets can not be in the loft or on furniture. Not very realistic especially when you pay a pet...

This was the least enjoyable of the three vrbos we rented in the colo springs area. After a long drive we expected to find a cute place to sleep and instead were attacked by no less than 75 moths as soon as we turned on the the lights. "Enjoyed staying here for a graduation celebration. The host was very accommodating. There are a lot of other cabins in the direct vicinity and so you are not alone and it’s close to busy road. Would stay here again if opportunity presented itself"

We have stayed in numerous VRBO’s and it’s always the little things that impress me the most! Coffee and creamer provided, to go cups made our early checkout so nice. "Very nice cabin! Amazing view of pikes peak from the front porch. Fenced in area for our dogs to play and more than enough room to spread out. Large updated kitchen and not 1 not 2 but 3 decks to take in the views! We will definitely be back!"

"We arrived to find the linens still in the washer & dryer, for us to finish and put away. There are far too many rules. There are signs all over the home to remind you constantly of the many rules. I am positive that we do not need instructions over the toilets on how to use them. The pictures in the listing must have been taken several years ago but everything is worn. The patio furniture is nothing like the photos. It clearly need replacement. The area is beautiful. We will return to the area...
