There was NOTHING in VRBO about the construction when we rented it. Had there been, we would NOT have rented. We were the only renters in the entire Avila Condo Building complex, as the other owners including the Lodge of the Four Seasons, weren’t renting during this construction period. "It was a great place to stay for our event! Very close to where we wanted to be. The place was easily accessible and great instructions on how to lock and unlock the door and where to park. It was very clean and cozy but super spacious! Held our group of 6 adults easily with room for more! It was a great experience and we will definitely be coming back! Thank you Ken and Karen for letting us stay! "
