"Staff not super friendly but the site is lovely, will nice, spacious rooms. Good choice of eating places and the shuttles were handy. On staff...at gift store and information desk they seemed very annoyed to have to help you, but check in and out were easy and bartenders at EP's very friendly and fun."

"The first night, the tv stopped showing at 10pm. After informing the front desk, we still didn’t get the tv on.the next morning we went for breakfast at 6:45am and was told that the breakfast person didn’t show for work. There was no cook on site for Saturday breakfast. Saturday morning, we never received any clean sheets or towels.this was our first time in Memphis and it wasn’t good at all. For the amount of money that was spent it should have been better."

"We left the property within an hour of arrival after a 17-hour drive and had to quickly secure a hotel for the week. Upon entering, there was a strong musty odor that triggered an asthma flare-up. The landlord claimed it was from fresh paint, but the smell was clearly moldy and concerning.The cleanliness and condition of the home were unacceptable. There were stains on the curtains, broken window shades in the living room, and no curtain in the bathroom, creating a privacy issue. The bedding and furniture were poor quality, with an unstable metal bed frame and furnishings that appeared worn and unclean.Additional issues included scuffed floors, dirty air vents, holes and peeling paint on the walls, and signs of possible water damage on the ceiling. The listing photos did not accurately represent the property. The neighborhood also felt unsafe, with visible police surveillance cameras nearby.We attempted to resolve these concerns with the landlord and requested a refund, but she was uncooperative and dismissive. She offered to fix issues within 24–48 hours, which was not reasonable given the health concerns and immediate need for safe accommodations. We have escalated the matter through Vrbo due to the lack of resolution. Overall, this was a highly disappointing and frustrating experience."
