The checkin email they sent was confusing - the phone number they provided took me to Vail instead of Kirkwood, and the email said there wouldn't be anyone staffing the front desk, but there was (thankfully) - because that is how we had to get the entry code. The people at Kirkwood lodge mentioned that others have raised the confusion. Only other feedback was there were certain things missing from the kitchen like scissors, or bigger mugs...
