"Free parking in the Old Montreal is unheard of so it’s a huge bonus, especially since it comes with in and out privileges. The hotel itself is average and seems unfinished with some construction going on and poor sound insulation. We had a one bedroom suite on 2nd floor right next to stairs and elevator and could hear people talking through the door and walking above us. We asked to be moved and were told that everything was booked even though hotel seemed empty on Sunday and Monday nights. The apartment itself is adequate but has no AC in the bedroom and no cooking supplies in the kitchen including paper towels or salt but comes with decent storage in the bedroom and ample shower with nice bath products. The bed was comfortable and so was the sofa in the living area. Internet was also very fast which was an asset for working remotely. Finally, there was no view from our suite 207 as it was facing a wall so it was relatively dark inside. Hope this helps other guests decide where to stay and what to consider."

"It was a decent location, in a nice neighborhood. Building isn't much to look at from the outside but quite nice on the inside. Appears lots of thought, care and artistic talent has gone into creating this space. It was clean and comfortable feeling. The unfortunate parts are despite this our stay could have been better, due to a few key issues all related to sleeping. One issue was that the door had sizable gaps to the bright hallway, letting a ton of light into the room. And there were no curtains present, just some mini blinds over the windows so it was quite bright in the room beginning at about 5am. Further, it was a cold night and was a bit cold with the beds under the windows. The heater seemed to shoot heat over top the beds, and the small blankets weren't quite enough. There was no comforter on the beds, although there was an extra small blanket in the closet we discovered after being cold for part of the night. All in all it seems like some more thought put into practical aspects would be appreciated rather than style to make this an excellent stay."

"The staff was very helpful with our late arrival. However, the room was very disappointing. There were stains on the blankets, blue liquid dripping out of the fridge, and the window shook the whole night. There were lots of noises from the building outside of our room. We were only in the room for about 9 hours so I tried to ignore those issues. When we went to continental breakfast, I noticed there were paper plates to be used rather than real plates and utensils. The staff there was also super friendly. But the food was very disappointing. I will not be returning. "

"Carlos was a great host who was available to us all the time. He addressed all of our concerns right away and was very welcoming. House was clean specious and a lots of extras were provided to us to make our stay enjoyable."

"The place was perfect. Nice clean place with lots of room for large groups. The area is quiet and close to restaurants and a short drive to downtown. Check in and out was made easy by the owners and responded quickly to all our questions. I would honestly give it more than 5 stars if possible. It has everything you need. "This hip loft apartment made our stay in Buffalo a delight! The host was available and helpful, and the location was in close proximity to our various Buffalo destinations. The street parking was a little challenging, but the comfort and convenience of this site more then compensated for it!"
