"The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. I forget the gentleman's name who helped us, but if management can find out, he should be commended for his hospitality upon arrival and during. Tina at the front desk was always so helpful, sincere, and a delight to talk to. Dada, a beautiful young staff member, was always helpful, pleasant, and willing to assist with anything. The support food staff were always working hard. As world travellers, we would have to say this was one of the most hospitable hotels. It was close to everything, and all tours picked up from this hotel as well. All night markets are within walking distance. We never had to use a taxi once during our 5 days. "

"This place worked great for everything we wanted to do in Chang Mai and it was affordable, with pool and just a block or so from local Sunday night market. With a scooter it was easy to get out into the country and back and the staff were extremely polite and helpful.
