Brand new. Nothing like it. Five bedrooms (including large bunk room that sleeps 7) FIVE BATHS! Stay at the Brixen Ivy Ranch and enjoy all of our amenities as well as Galena territory owners club. Great floor plan with large great room, amazing views of rolling hills. Giant game room with pool table, table tennis, pop a shot, bunk room for 6, in addition to four more large bedrooms. Fire pit, hike the Shark trail or others on the 300 acre ranch. Access to ball field, llamas, peacocks. Great family escape with lots of fresh air and room to "social distance" :). Large HOTTUB on Large patio deck and screened in porch with outdoor television.

Beautiful home and ranch

We stayed here for a long weekend to ski nearby at Chestnut Mountain. The house was perfectly comfortable for three families with children. The surroundings are gorgeous.

Lovely unique place to stay

We loved our stay here - we surprised my mother in law for the weekend with the whole family & had a fantastic time! The property is gorgeous & Joe the property manger was extremely friendly & helpful. I highly recommend it & we will be back!

Family fun weekend

We enjoyed how spacious the house was. W/ 11 of us, we felt like there was plenty of room for us to be comfortable. Having 5 bathrooms was a definite plus! The animals were a delight to visit. We made several trips down the path to visit them & named our favorites! Fishing was fun & kids even caught a large bass twice! Joe made sure to address any needs & concerns at check in & during our stay. He was friendly & informative.

Golf trip stay

Our golf friend group organized a stay at this house and played golf around the Galena area. The golf was great and the house was even better! Lots of space for sleep, yard games, grilling, and hanging out. The host was very helpful with golf and made the check in process easy. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Family Thanksgiving

Great property for a family Thanksgiving gathering Large kitchen and plenty of room for all to gather and enjoy time together The kids loved the trails and animals and beautiful views Loved the hot tub!

Great for larger groups

Perfect house for our girls trip. Plenty of room to spread out and everyone had a bed. If you enjoy a country setting, this is the place for you. The owner does meet you there at check in which is not something I am accustomed to having stayed in many rental properties, but they are very nice and helpful. Would stay here again.

Galena Getaway college friends and our families

Great property for our 3 college friends annual weekend trip with husband and 5 kids ages 6-1 1/2 years old. We explored , enjoyed hot tub and went swimming at owners club. Plenty of seating and really enjoyed grilling and eating out on the deck

Highly recommend

Our group of ladies (in our 30s/40s) LOVED this property! Scenic setting, very comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub and made good use of the grill and game room. Highly recommend to anyone considering. We talked about coming back next year!

Paradise on the Ramch

The house was very clean and spacious. You can tell that much thought and care went into the recent rehab. Our group of kiddos, parents, and grandparents enjoyed the trails, animals, and access to the Galena Territory, as well as proximity to Chestnut Mountain and Galena. One night we enjoyed a cozy fire, while other nights we gathered around the large table and played board games and card games. Joe was a pleasure to communicate with and he ensured all our questions were answered and we had everything we needed for our stay. We definitely recommend this property for a family getaway.

Never have to leave

So many great features on this property you never would even have to go anywhere else! Disc golf, 9 hole golf, soccer field, full size baseball diamond, fishing pond, animals, the list goes on. The house had beautiful views, plenty of space, awesome game room and a hot tub. Easy communication with the owner. Would definitely recommend this property.

Incredible house on incredible property!

This was the second time we have been on this property, and it’s hard to decide what’s better - this house, or being on the ranch. Our kids brought their teenage friends, and they never ran lot of things to do - wiffle ball, soccer, visiting animals, hiking around the ponds, volleyball - and of course the basement game room is beyond belief with ping pong, pool and pop a shot. The great fire pit, hot tub and gigantic deck top it all off. Joe the ranch hand was yet again a wonderful guide - we hope to come back and stay again!!

Great Thanksgiving Celebration/Getaway

We got together with our son and daughter and their families for Thanksgiving. There were 13 of us! Plenty of room for all of us - everyone had a bed with a couple of beds left over! The house was advertised as being remodeled and it truly was - everything was really nice and also very clean! We all enjoyed the game room, even though my son beat me at ping pong!! The living room/kitchen area was open and very spacious. We enjoyed movies, popcorn and hot chocolate in comfort, not to mention our wonderful Thanksgiving meal! The property was nice, too - we enjoyed some short hikes and enjoyed seeing all of the animals (turkeys, ducks, goats, alpacas, miniature horses). Our only regret was that the weather prohibited us from enjoying the outside areas more - the deck and screened porch areas looked so inviting; however the 20 degree temperatures weren’t conducive to hanging out for very long. The hot tub was a hit, though!! We would definitely consider visiting this property again!

A group of 12 stayed on this beautiful and clean property for a weekend. Three families comfortably fit in the house with room to spare. We also had the pleasure of walking the trails and interacting with the animals on the ranch. Thank you for a memorable weekend!

We had a lovely stay! We loved fishing at the pond, and hiking around the beautiful property. The house was well maintained and was easy to call home for our stay. Our host, Mark, was super responsive to anything we needed! My kids are begging me to book again next year. Would definitely return!

This place is beautiful. The house was a perfect place for my daughter’s bachelorette party. Love the property, it was gorgeous. The ranch hand was very nice and quick in answering our questions. Definitely would go back.

Great family relaxing getaway

Just an absolute beautiful views from a family friendly home complete with game room and hot tub. Really emjoyed the trails and beautiful sunset over the pond. Great communication during the stay with property manager and owners.
