"Check in was good. The room was good except no kitchen ware. The free breakfast was just a few items. A muffins & coffee. "

"Front staff was lovely and I appreciated the combiner airport shuttle. The room was absolutely filthy. I mean dirty dirty. Hair and dirt on the floor, cracks I. The floor and walls and ceiling, the outlet switch in the bathroom had ground in dirt. There was a bug in the bed. The only thing that was clean was the sheets and towels which were in a viably dirty towel holder. The curtain rod was hanging down and I am pretty sure there was was blood splatter on the inside of the door. "

"Our stay was great. We booked primarily to catch a very early flight from EWR so the shuttle was helpful. The room was clean and updated. Complementary Breakfast was better than expected. And our front desk staff Aliya and Woody were very kind and accommodating. Would absolutely stay again!"

"No pool, security kind of sketchy, loud kids running upstairs like a drill sergeants and jumping off their bed starting at 7AM. Water doesn’t get hot for long in the shower. "

"Absolutely horrific experience staying at this hotel. The shuttle did not pick us up, the lobby was *packed* with upset customers at midnight - including one man blasting music from a personal speaker - and at one point the police arrived to deal with a disturbance complaint and couldn’t even get the attention of staff for several minutes. I waited nearly 45 mins around midnight for a room key and still never received help from the front desk in that timeframe, so had to wake up my family (I had arrived after them) to be let into the room. I contacted the hotel directly and through Hotels.com to share my experience, and never heard back on either platform after nearly two weeks. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. "

"Room was pretty bad. There was what looked like a bum fight outside and loud. Wall are thin so heard anll the other rooms an and the shower was together with the toilet like it was a pretty bad room. "
