"Our family of six had an amazing trip! The house was the perfect home base for exploring the high peaks region. We had four kids in the upstairs bedroom and it worked perfectly. Stove was warm and cozy. TV was great for a show for the older kids while the younger ones napped. Kitchen had everything we needed. Property was fun for snowshoeing and playing in the snow. We will be back!"

"We stayed here for several days on a ski trip to Whiteface. The kids decided this was the best rental property they had ever stayed in! The house is comfortable, beautifully maintained and well appointed, with stunning views of Whiteface Mountain from the porch and front yard. Host was very communicative and responsive. "I was in the area for the 250th anniversary of the Green Mountain Boys' assault on Fort Ticonderoga and stayed for two nights at "Camp Howard".I had the best time, it's a really cute yet very spacious cottage, remote and yet easily accessible along a private road.It was truly refreshing to not have cell service, it took me a few hours before I truly relaxed.There is a river down below the back of the cottage and I fell asleep at night hearing the noise of the water.Great property in a wonderful...
