Cozy up by the fireplace and relax by the pond! Enjoy your private deck and shared family pool as well as free guest parking. Perfect location surrounded by Lancaster, Hershey & Harrisburg. Five minutes away from Iron Stone Ranch! Enjoy your solitude or say “Hello” if you see us around the property!

There are outdoor security cameras on our porches. They can cannot capture private spaces. All within a short drive and previous guests have been very happy with the space for the following purposes- Hershey Park, Giant Center, Hershey Medical Center, Moonstone Manor, Iron Stone Ranch, PA Dept of Corrections Training Academy, Masonic Village Visitation, Spooky Nook Sports Complex

Pondview Paradise

Highly recommend! From booking through checkout, Holly and Mike were the very best hosts. The property and residence was absolutely beautiful, a comfortable and cozy home away from home vibe. The amenities Such a wonderful and relaxing nature lovers vacation destination!

Sweet family getaway

This was a darling little getaway for us to stay at while we visited Hershey attractions for the first time. We loved the peacefulness, cleanliness, “extras” like chocolate bread and coffee, and the pool+pool toys!

Relaxing Getaway

My cousin and I booked this stay to unplug from regular life and relax. This property did not disappoint! It was easy to get in, the lake, back porch and fire pit were perfect to help us relax and unwind. The location is only 15 - 20 minutes outside of Hershey and easy to get to plenty of wineries around in the area. Will definitely consider coming back in the future!

Perfect Vacation

This was a great property for a family. The pool is amazing and you get it all to yourself. The property is very clean and the hosts are very responsive. The little extras through the house are such a wonderful addition!

Great place in cute town

Had end of summer trip with out family. The place was close to Hershey park and with cute restaurants in Elizabethtown. Kids loved the pool. Place was clean and well set up for families.

Lovely Place!

Mike and Holly were wonderful hosts. The home is lovely. My children enjoyed the pool and we were so close to Hershey Park. The home was well stocked with many amenities. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing vacation at Pondview. Everything was so clean it felt like home. The kid's would swim everyday and night. Hershey was right down the street so convenient. Holly would respond to any of our needs within minutes. We will definitely be back again!

So comfy & cozy!

We loved Pondview. It was uber clean and welcoming. The property is absolutely beautiful. There was homemade bread & refreshments when we arrived which made it feel extra special. The fireplace was our favorite amenity! We would definitely return for another stay. They thought of everything to make our stay comfortable.

Fantastic!!!

Pondview was positively fantastic! About 20 minutes from Hershey with great local restaurants nearby. Holly & Mike were gracious hosts and quick to respond to inquiries. Our tween girls LOVED the pool (so did we!) and it was great to be able to make breakfast or reheat leftovers in the kitchen. Great extras and surprises - you won’t regret a stay here!

Family Home Base

Loved having a “home base” to host/ feed/ visit with our local family while we were back in the state. Convenient to Masonic Village and located centrally for family all the way from Chester to Dauphin counties. Really appreciated having a relaxing, well-stocked gathering place where we could prepare and serve home-cooked meals while on the road and loved that the baby could roam safely inside. We threw in an unplanned side trip to Chocolate World - this would be a lovely spot for a Hersheypark getaway as well!

Execellent!

This place was AMAZING! The cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in. It was so cozy, warm and just had a great energy! The amenities were fantastic. Check in and out process was so easy! I wish we could have stayed longer. My kids absolutely LOVED it! I am obsessed with it- I told my husband I want to live there in our old age 😂 Thank you SO much Holly! We WILL be back soon!!

Pondview Paradise

Stayed here for 2 nights because we had a wedding at Star Barn. Location was excellent. Was very nice and well stocked with Everything!! Very clean. Really enjoyed having coffee on the front porch. Beautiful pool but we never got out there because of the rains while we were there. There were tornado watches, and Holly even messaged us that if one happened that we could go to their basement with them. Was very private. Would definitely book here again if we were in this area!!!

Perfect 4th of July weekend

We stayed here over 4th of July weekend. It was close enough to take the kids to Hershey every day (lovely drive through country back roads) and was the perfect place to unwind afterwards when we were hot and tired. The owners have an eye for hospitality. There were extra bathroom toiletries, plenty of towels and a homemade banana bread waiting for our arrival! Everything was labeled so no guessing which switch did what, and parents with little kids will love the supply of plastic cups and plates, along with regular dinnerware in the kitchen. The pool was lovely to come relax in after some super hot days at Hershey (we went in the middle of a heat wave!). It was the perfect spot for a family vacation. We'll definitely be back!

Winter wonderland

We stumbled upon this listing when booking last minute for a winter wedding. The host was so accommodating, extremely helpful and great with communication. Upon arrival we were met with a welcome basket, a fridge stocked with drinks and a clean comfortable house. This made a perfect getaway for our family of four- perfectly meeting our needs. After picking up a pizza on our way into the rental, we hung out in front of the fireplace in the cozy living room and played a game of uno we found among puzzles and other games and toys located in the living room cabinet. We ventured out in the middle of a snow storm to go to a wedding a few miles away, and the host had the walkway cleared for us, and the driveway cleared and salted upon our return. If you find yourself in the area needing a place to stay, I highly recommend it!! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Private, Cozy, and Clean

Fabulously accommodating! The pool was sparkling and clean...the perfect addition for our summer stay. The home was as described and located in a lovely neighborhood. Even though this is a guest house attached to a primary residence we never encountered the family and had the pool and grounds to ourselves. There was a bottle of wine and a loaf of delicious homemade chocolate bread waiting for us when we arrived. The place was like new with all modern appliances, furnishings & decor. There are USB ports in the bedrooms and all the creature comforts of home like clean linens & towels, extra blankets, books, games, bean bag chairs etc. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with accoutrements so it truly felt like all we needed to do was show up! In addition to the pool, pond, and fire pit area there is a covered front porch and back deck, both with seating. Honestly, there's no good reason NOT to stay here. It's absolutely perfect! Thank you Mike and Holly. You're doing it right!
