It's perfect for traveling professionals, families/couples, & other groups needing short term housing while visiting the Elkhart/South Bend area. It is 11 minutes to Elkhart General Hospital, close to shopping & dining, and very convenient to downtown Elkhart, Granger, & South Bend. It's only 15 miles to Notre Dame & the Amish.

Excellent Rental!
We had to come down for a few days to take care of some family business. The place was perfect. Had everything we needed and was in a great location. Communication was fast and the garage was a huge bonus! Only suggestion would be to put a TV in the master bedroom…especially during March Madness😉 We will definitely stay here again if we have to come back down.

The place was just as advertised. Plenty of room for the price and the shower supplies were an extra plus. Something to consider - directions for making the coffee. There were plenty of supplies to make coffee but having never used that particular brand, I couldn't figure it out. Loved that there was a garage with a garage door opener.

This condo is central to a lot of things in Elkhart. It’s comfy, clean and well put together. The kitchen has everything you need or want for a short or long stay. The beds are comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked great and the garage was a nice bonus. It has a nice yard for the pups to go outside. Sandeeb is very communicative and worked with us in some date changes. Highly recommend staying here.

Just right for my purpose
The place was very cute and clean. There were plenty of dishes,pots, pans and utensils. The property owner/ manager was very friendly,attentive and responded quickly. The only problem I had was finding the place initially, however it was quickly resolved and now GPS takes you to the right to the location. Overall it was a nice place and I would stay again. If you have small children I wouldn't recommend only because the road is VERY busy.
