Wow. For a Hilton, this experience was exceptionally disappointing. Aside from the pleasant lady at the front desk who checked me in, the experience was quite dreadful. When I arrived at my room, I was greeted by a plugged-in iron and ironing board in the bathroom, along with dirty towels strewn across the floor. Figuring I’d accidentally walked into an already-occupied room, I requested a new one. (Turns out an employee was using it to shower and change and didn’t bother cleaning up—he had one job...fail.) My second room was also unusable, with a non-functioning toilet whose handle was hanging by a thread. I asked for another room again, thinking the third time’s the charm. No luck there, though. My third room’s sofa was heavily stained, and one of the cushions was unzipped. This overshadowed the janky wall switches, which were missing buttons. I was too tired to ask for a fourth room and vowed not to touch that sofa at all. I noticed baby silverfish bugs on the walls the next morning, glad I didn't see those before. I let the front desk know and said at this point, I think I deserve a credit. She was apologetic and said she’d make a note of it, but I haven’t heard a thing from management. If you are looking to spin the wheel and see what you get behind door number one, two, or three (or perhaps more), then go ahead and give this place a try. But if you are looking for a clean, well-maintained room that should otherwise be the norm, then I'd suggest booking elsewhere.

Everyone was friendly. The room was great with a kitchenette and plenty of space for the same price or less than at most places. There was also a nice patio with a small basketball court (maybe a half-court) and I think a putting green out back. Really seemed nice even though we didn't have time to use it. On some evenings they seem to have free food as part of a social hour, to encourage travelers to meet each other. I like this idea. Too bad we weren't there on one of those nights. On the down side: There was a little mold along the ceiling in the bathroom. Otherwise the room was very clean. and in good condition. Also, there was some confusion about the breakfast. We were told breakfast was until 10. Other people were told the same. But on weekdays it ends at 9:30. So the staff was already cleaning up at 9:40. The staff was really nice and told us to enjoy what was left. They didn't want to take away stuff that was still there, but much was already gone. In spite of these issues, we plan to try StayBridge in the future. It seems like a good chain, and the problems aren't likely to be regular issues.

I checked into the facility and was met with the most rudest staff member possible. I was with a group of family members and her first question was “are you all staying in one room”. Even thought we weren’t why was that the first question asked. She checked me in but I had informed her due to bad experiences at other hotels I preferred to be on the top floor. She stated there were no other rooms available. Immediately as I step off the elevator I heard running in the hallway from the floor above. I immediately get back on the elevator and go back to the front desk. She gives me a room one floor above the previous floor. I put my bags in a family members room and left. I returned to the hotel shortly after midnight. I use the key she gave me only to realize that the room was occupied but other guests. I go back to the front desk and there’s a different clerk there and he gives me another room key. Very bad experience from beginning to end. She didn’t mention breakfast hours, where I could take the elevator, or even parking rules. Terrible experience. Will not visit property again! I did speak with a lady at checkout days later who was very nice and stated she would let the manager know and he would call me. Unacceptable!!

Pool was closed for technical issues over a month, only one elevator worked. Property has sticks piled up around landscape. Rooms were not clean, carpet was crunchy when you walked on it, furniture was stained , tub was dirty, walls were dirty, food and debris in foldout bed. I would not stay here again.
