The receptionist guided us in when our GPS took us to the wrong location - wouldn't even let us hang up the phone after giving us correct directions. She wanted to make sure we got there safely. The room had more amenities than expected and was very comfortable. We would have liked to stay longer, but we needed to be back on the road the next morning after what turned out to be a delicious breakfast.

This hotel was a great value. The woman at the front desk was very professional and nice. The rooms were small but clean. The only concern I had was no elevator. The description does not mention that. This can be very problematic for someone who can not do stairs when there are no first floor rooms available. This really needs to be more obvious I. We stayed here while visiting the Space and Rocket Center. There were many places to eat within a couple minute walking distance, making it easy to take the kids out for dinner. We liked the hotel's breakfast, there were plenty of choices. Everything was clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Great visit!

Very clean! Staff was so kind also. We had my niece with us and she was taking her morning nap around the time of check out... they allowed us an extra hour just for that! If I’m ever in that area again I will be staying there. Beds were excellent also. Which is always a plus for me cause I have severe back problems. Overall an excellent experience!

We were greeted by one of the most professional and "on top of her game" hotel clerks I have encountered in a while. Please not I travel monthly.
Her name was Nola and she covered everything we would want to know very effectively and friendly.
