Asked for a late checkout to accommodate the errors upon arrival. Was told I’d need to book the room for a full extra day if I wanted to check out 2 hours later than standard time. When asked why the rate the front desk was offering was $60/night more than what was shown online met with another shoulder shrug. Air conditioning brutally loud all night long. Poor reflection on the Hilton brand stay elsewhere."
