"This cozy cabin was nicely remodeled and decorated. Although a little tight with large dogs and little yard space, there are a lot of parks and trails to choose to walk them. The cabin is fully stocked with almost every item you could need and having the outdoor entertainment was a plus as well. Although you can't see the creek that runs right behind the cabin due to overgrowth, the sound of the creek is very relaxing. The owner, Giselle was very easy and pleasant to work with. "One (probably the smallest) of several lodgings on the property. Overall, a pretty cool place to stay. The whole unit has a subtle sway to rock you to sleep. Personally, I loved it. We stayed in 90 degree weather and the A/C was a LIFESAVER. My only real complaint was one of the other guests in the castle kept leaving the common kitchen a bit messy. Thinking about coming back and trying the hobbit house. We pretty much kept to ourselves, but there are plenty of common areas to hang out."

"We had a great time at the Spidey Lodge! Excellent location for visiting Shenandoah National Park being about 15 minutes from the central entrance. We only stayed a couple nights, but could have easily stayed a few more. Host was extremely responsive and showed interest in ensuring we had a good experience. Overall fantastic stay!"
