"Most things were great. The hot tub jets were not very powerful. So a little bit disappointing for my sore muscles. The water slide was down. Totally understand things break. But when down I think these things should be stated on website. If booked this hotel so kids could have enjoyed- would have been frustrated. So yes when maintenance that needs to happen could affect guests. I think it should be noted. Even a email sent so guests could look at a different hotel if that was something they booked this hotel for"

"Tara was pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The place was immaculate and exactly as described. The location is amazing offering many great hikes and extremely quiet and private accommodations. We would come here again if ever we want to continue to explore the area further."

"Our family had a wonderful stay. It fit our needs perfectly and was as described in the posting. The host was great. We had 4 mountain bikes with us and she willingly accommodated our request to store them out back during our stay. We will be checking to see if the Cozy Corner is available the next time we’re in Medicine Hat."
