The hotel’s location is a big highlight—right on the main street, within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars, and CWU. The decor feels modern and chic without being overdone. What stood out most, though, was the staff—they were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely stay here again."

"What a cute place! We were pleasantly surprised with our visit. Very clean and comfortable. The only downside is there was massive confusion with communication and the check-in/check-out process, as there is no one at a front desk to greet you, and messages sent from the hotel kept getting blocked by Expedia. But overall, super happy with our stay and would stay again!"
