"This was a perfect location for the family we visited in Yakima. The backyard of this house was perfect for our little family gathering on Easter. Lots of room and grass to play cornhole and kickball! The house was very clean and had everything that was needed. They had dishwasher soap, shampoo and conditioner, and even K-cups for the coffee and extra toilet paper and paper towels. So many VRBOs we have stayed at skimp on this. Not Joe!! Joe was very communicative about the home and how to use...

The unit is in a safe neighborhood with nearby grocery, dining, wineries, and brew pubs. The owners were very responsive. One of the best VRBO's we have stayed at and would stay here again when in the area."

"The place was perfect, as far as the condo. The night before we left I asked if we could leave three hours after normal checkout. I was told, "Yes. But, it will cost you $30 per hour." I was not given a reason for the additional charge of $90. I also had checked and there was no one checking in the day we left. I told him I was not interested. We had already paid for the three nights and this seemed a bit extreme. I sent message asking for 90 minutes without being charged and was offered 60...

"The house was adorable, clean and bright. The problem was the beds. The steps to get up to the beds were terrifying. Not appropriate at all for adults. They were also very close to the ceilings. I slept on the loveseat."
