"Like access to the restaurant and pool. Been 2 years in a row. Very clean, and staff was great! Both years parade people took over the pool. Unfortunately, rules were not followed in the pool area. "

"We have been staying on Pass-A-Grille for almost 10 years now. We have stayed at many hotels, condos, and VRBO. Location was perfect. We enjoyed the outdoor dining space. We did miss a good view of the water, but It didn't take more than a few minutes to get to the beach. The one thing we did appreciate was the kitchen. It was well stocked with hand towels, dish towels, blender, coffee maker, soap, paper towels, and more! And they provided beach chairs and beach towels. Very nice place."

"My new husband and I stayed at the guest house for a week on our honeymoon. We had both never been to the Sarasota/Anna Maria Island area, and were blown away with how beautiful it was. This stay is perfectly located 10 min from downtown Sarasota, and about 30-50 min from Anna Maria Island and Siesta Key. "This room was comfortable for myself and my two children 9 and 7. The beds were comfortable and new. The sheets didn’t stay on the mattresses very well though. The dresser and nightstand had more than adequate storage space for clothes for a week. Mugs, cups and silverware were available and a large refrigerator. "It was a beautiful, private space. The location close to so much. The owner communication was great-very comprehensive and always very timely. I loved that the room included a book with lots of information and suggestions. The Amenities were amazing - bicycles with locks, kayaks with a cart and instructions, cold drinks, washer/dryer, etc. My only frustration was that the listing did not mention more clearly that it was on the second floor."
