"Upon arrival, the code we were given did not open the door, I sent messages and called multiple times before I finally reached the host. She hadn’t given me the correct code. the rain was leaking through the “roof” on the porch which is unfortunate as it was rainy a lot of my stay. The hot water was not good especially in the bathroom and the toilet did not flush properly like it took forever for it to fill between flushes. Every single dish/utensil we used was dirty and had to be washed before...

"Property was just as described. Very clean and comfortable at an affordable fee. Owner is a really exceptional person to deal with. Area is close to many attractions. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful Babe Zaharias Golf Course which is a couple of minutes from the property. We really enjoyed our stay."

"-Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch."

"The property was very clean. We arrived without any checkin instructions despite having asked for them 3 times. He finally sent a code but as there was more than one unit on the property we wasted 20 minutes trying to get into the wrong door. No AC or TV instructions and we couldn't get either to respond .it was a frustrating way to start the weekend."
