"We had a newly refurbished large room, but with a terrible view. Also it was a hike from the elevator to the room, down 8/10 stairs, long walk then down another 6 stairs and then immediately up another 6 stairs. No A/C or fridge, VERY limited parking, Once in we didn't dare take our car out for fear of not getting back in. Walkable location for everything Whitby has to offer, but it sits on the top of a hill, beautiful views from the hotel bar, but you will get your 10,000 steps in walking around Whitby then back up to the hotel."
