We are changing set up of beds for better space of living. In bedroom #3 we will have 3 tween beds with 150Lbs capacity. And in bedroom #2 there will be a queen bed and another tween bed (150Lbs capacity).

And to cool off in summer, we have 2 tower fans and two ceiling fans, till we add air-conditioning.
