"We had a lovely stay at the hotel and was greeted by lovely staff.we raised an issue with sofa bed, the mattress on it were easily felt when laying down and would have been far too uncomfortable for our son, staff did try to solve the issue by offering a second duvet for him to lay on top of mattress which did help somewhat. They said they are in the process of replacing these which I appreciate but feel if they are to be used for time being they are not providing a comfortable stay which I feel...

"Staff were great, as was the room (very spacious). Hotel is located in a convenient area with lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. My only issue was that there was some sort of benefit dinner/event being held in the event hall on the main floor, so it was very loud in our room late into the night. "

"This is a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed our 2 night stay, although I did have a couple of small issues. One was that the refrigerator didn’t work, and when I reported it to the front desk clerk, she simply replied “they don’t”. Why have refrigerators that don’t work. Also the lighting is not very good. I felt like I was trying to put on makeup in the dark. Downtown is not really within walking distance either. "

Bed's were okay, the bathroom in the room needed some cosmetic attetion, and there was a weird stain on the carpet. "We used a family room for a night due to an early flight the following day. The room was very large, clean, great beds and linen with good facilities. We also had a free shuttle bus service to the terminal. The only thing to make it even better would be somewhere to put cases on - the room was plenty big enough! All in all fantastic value for money! Would absolutely stay here again."
