The Space:
Brand new 2 bedroom, 1 bath home in the heart of Ellsworth.
Centrally located and thoughtfully designed, this inviting retreat offers modern comforts in a peaceful garden setting.
Relax on the deck watching wildlife, gather around the firepit under the stars, yet enjoy the close proximity of restaurants, shops and attractions.
Enjoy the "fruits" of the large garden with fruit trees, vegetables, herbs, flowers and even a hen house for fresh eggs you can harvest that the owner is sharing with you!
Inside you will discover a bright, open, and inviting space featuring contemporary furnishings and all of the comforts of home.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and plenty of cooking supplies.
The spacious bathroom offers a walk in shower and lots of natural light.
The two bedrooms both have queen sized beds, lots of storage and lots of room to spread out.
The open floor plan offers space to spread out or gather around the living room for playing board games and watching your favorite movies.
Take advantage of the super fast wifi, AC in the great room, and central heat for the colder days!
Outdoor space: New fire pit and deck with outdoor furniture surrounded by nature. Watch the deer, birds and even bald eagles in this private garden retreat.
Pets of any kind are not allowed at this property. The owner lives in the first house on the left. The house down the driveway on the right is yours!
