"Property was well positioned in the heart of Barcelona with tons of amenities (that I did not use). I had a private room with bathroom which was spotless and well kept through out my stay. The entire hostel was VERY quiet which was perfect for an old lady like me! I would recommend a private room at BcnSportsHostels for anyone looking for a budget hotel type experience. My one quibble is that the mattress was pretty uncomfortable, I could feel every spring, but it did not stop me from...

"Family of 4 staying for 1 night. Obviously this hostel is more targeted at younger travellers who are used to basic hostel facilities but nevertheless the stay was pleasant and offered almost everything we needed as a family with young kids. Most importantly it was spotlessly clean, in a good location, and a good price compared to many other places in Barcelona. Breakfast offer was cheap and decent to start the day. The roof terrace was fantastic with brilliant views of the surrounding area....

"It‘s a very chill hostel with a little kitchen and chill area. Friendly Staff and it’s quite calm and clean. They also offer lockers where you can put all your personal belongings. I‘d recommend doing so because sadly some money was stolen from my luggage when I left it unsupervised for 15 minutes. But that was my mistake. All in all, I can recommend this hostel. "

"WAY TOO MANY PROBLEMS!! DO NOT GO THERE Summary: Shady, very probable illegal paper to wave rights for opening the window, scorching hot and freezing AC First, the card to open the door did not work properly for multiple people. They fixed that only after some days. Then the AC was running all the time with no way to turn it off in the room. They taped rhe eletrical fuse box too. It is November and the AC ran like its 30° Degrees. I had to tell them everyday multiple times to shut it off...

The room was clean, the bed was slightly hard, the shower was good. Slightly noisy till later on in the street. Overall good value, would stay again. "

"I LOVED this hotel. I was looking for a budget price - which it was. We arrived, and found our room had a leak with puddle on the floor - straight back to reception - immediate change of room with upgrade!! Room was roomy, clean, anything we needed reception arranged immediately. Bathroom was large, clean, and large shower cubicle with plenty of hot water. Air conditioner worked well to give relief from a day in the heat. Each reception person was nicer and more helpful than the next....
