"WOW!!! This property sits high on a hill & is breathtaking! Staff was very friendly & helpful. Elegant ambiance, so many different areas to view, lots of things for children to do. Wish we would’ve been able to stay longer! Needed a room for 3, got a family room which included 3 separate rooms & 1 1/2 bathrooms!!! Highly recommend!!!"

"I tried to contact several times by email about shuttle service or transportation but never got a response. Ended up taking the s-Bahn an hour from the airport and had to walk twenty minutes with all my luggage through the streets of the neighborhood. There was no A/C only an oscillating fan. I could not get the shower to work. The lamp didn’t work consistently and the small table kept falling over. The carpet had several dark stains that looked like vomit was cleaned up but never shampooed. The “restaurant” was to open at 6pm so after I showered and napped, I went down expecting to be able to order and substantial meal. The only thing they had was pizza! "
