"On checking-in, around 4pm, we were kept waiting around 5-10mins, ringing a bell that was never answered (even though we could hear it ringing). Just as we were writing a message online to enquire about the check-in, someone finally answered the door. They charged us double the amount they were supposed to and closed the door in our faces, then pretended it was a calculation error when challenged. A Great Location In Ohrid
"The hotel is located in the Old Town about 2/3 down the hill. We chose to take advantage of their free parking just outside the city walls and walk down but it is a bit of a trek. We were greeted by friendly staff and then taken to our room, which was very comfortable, clean and well-appointed. It had a lovely balcony and a view of the hill with the fortress. There was also a common room with some amenities and a common patio. Overall the location was great, near sights and restaurants. It was a great place to stay."
