"We stayed one night. It was fine. Not awesome. The pool and view of the beach are amazing. But I wouldn’t stay a week. Also, leave plenty of time for check-in. It took forever!"

"The issue that we encountered is the room was very moist. When you got in bed the sheets felt wet. The floors stayed wet as if they had just been mopped at all times. We put towels down to walk on the floor due to their wetness. Everything else was ok. Staff was very nice. The hot tub is in need of serious attention."

"NOT DOG FRIENDLY, WANTED TO CHARGE ME 260$ FOR PET ON PREMISES, fee was taken away when I told them it was shown as dog friendly, listing does not say half of hotel is dog friendly, and half isn't. Staff was friendly, not their fault. Concerns: Wifi did not work and no service, Mysterious stains on all fabric, no drain cover, Woken up at 7AM because of construction in a nearby room, flaking paint, room not REMOTELY like ANY ROOM IN LISTINGS, wasted people yelling constantly, did not feel safe. Not at all worth the money spent."

"This was my favorite place to thus far. The property is well maintained. It’s close to Pier Park and the pier. It’s about a 10 minutes walk. I love the property set up. The beach is in viewing distance from the pool. The staff is lovely. The hotel is quiet during quiet hours and the breakfast is good."

"The pictures do NOT look like the property. We booked last minute for my birthday so it was convenient. There was not enough parking for the hotel. If the lot was full you had to park across the street which was VERY busy. When we got into the room there was holes in the walls and the shower/floors was disgusting. The mini fridge was also leaking and didn’t keep anything cold. They never came to check on us or give us more towels/toilet paper. Thankfully we brought our own. When we first got there, the front desk lady was very rude and bland. The only thing we liked about this hotel was the fact it was beach front. Definitely not worth $500 for 2 nights."
